If something is not right
Call or text (775) 240-0418 with your name and the address of the job. A photo of the problem by text helps us come prepared, and tell us roughly when the work was done.
Keep your screens working
- Rinse solar screens and window screens with a garden hose and mild soap a couple of times a year; avoid pressure washers
- Vacuum or brush the sliding door track to keep grit out
- Close screen doors before strong afternoon wind
- Take down south-facing solar screens for winter if you want the winter sun (see our winter guide)
- Fix small tears early, before wind or pets make them bigger

Screens and screen doors take a beating from pets, wind and everyday use. We repair and rescreen window screens, rescreen sliding screen doors and build custom new sliding screen doors, so ask us even if you are not sure what is covered.

Does wind damage count?
Call us with a photo and we will look at it. A rescreen or a new screen usually takes care of it.
